Cancellation Policy

SMD Tours and Travels aims to provide reliable and flexible travel services. We understand that travel plans can sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are handled for our cab services and tour packages.

At SMD Tours and Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To maintain transparency and fairness, we follow a structured cancellation policy. For standard cab bookings, if a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled trip, no cancellation charges will apply and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours will incur a 25% deduction of the booking amount, and those made between 24 to 48 hours before departure will incur a 50% deduction. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the trip or in case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

For tour packages, pilgrimage tours, and long-distance bookings, a cancellation made more than 7 days before the journey will incur a 10% service charge, if bookings have already been confirmed. Cancellations between 3 to 7 days will result in a 25% deduction, and cancellations made within 1 to 3 days before departure will be subject to a 50% deduction. If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure or in the event of a no-show, the entire amount will be forfeited. If any third-party bookings (such as hotels or partner transport) were made in advance, their cancellation charges will apply in full regardless of when you cancel.
