Payment Policy
At SMD Tours and Travels, we maintain a transparent and straightforward payment process to ensure smooth and hassle-free bookings for all our customers. To confirm any booking—whether for cab rentals, outstation trips, or tour packages—a partial or full advance payment is required depending on the nature and duration of the service. Bookings are considered confirmed only after we receive the payment and send an official confirmation message or email with your trip details.
We accept multiple modes of payment for your convenience, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), bank transfers, cash (in select cases), and other approved digital wallets. The remaining balance, if any, must be cleared before the start of the journey. For outstation trips and tour packages, full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All payments must be made only to the authorized contact numbers or bank details provided by SMD Tours and Travels. We are not responsible for any losses due to payments made to unauthorized or third-party agents. Invoices and receipts will be provided upon request. Please retain proof of payment (screenshot, transaction ID, etc.) until the trip is completed.
In case of cancellation, the applicable refund will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any service in case of non-payment or delayed payments without liability. Any disputes related to payments will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
