Terms and Conditions

By booking any service with SMD Tours and Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings must be confirmed through a phone call, WhatsApp, or our official email. Bookings are considered valid only after advance or full payment is received. A confirmation message or email will be sent once the payment is successfully processed.

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, Google Pay, PhonePe, and cash. Full payment must be made before the start of the journey unless agreed upon in writing. Advance payments are non-transferable to other passengers or future dates. Our cab and tour services cover all major destinations across Maharashtra, including pilgrimage and leisure trips. In outstation or package tours, tolls, parking, and driver charges will be included only if clearly mentioned in the package. For one-way trips, return fare charges may apply.

Passengers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and for their personal belongings during the trip. Any damage to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable. Alcohol, smoking, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. While we strive to maintain punctuality, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, and no refund or compensation will be provided for such delays.

Trip cancellations and refunds will follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days. Any changes to the route, additional stops, or extension of trip duration may be chargeable. We reserve the right to refuse modifications if it affects our operational schedule. SMD Tours and Travels is not liable for any loss of personal belongings, medical emergencies, or interruptions due to natural disasters, political issues, or accidents. We advise passengers to carry any essential medication and travel insurance if needed.

In some cases, we may request permission to use customer photos or feedback for promotional purposes. Any legal disputes related to our services will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. We request all customers to cooperate with the driver, follow safety instructions, and ensure clear communication of travel details before starting the journey.
