We are committed to providing transparent and timely resolutions in case of booking cancellations. This refund policy explains how and when refunds are processed after cancellations are made in accordance with our terms. It applies to all bookings, including cab rentals and customized tour packages, and ensures that customers are treated fairly while helping us maintain operational integrity.
Refunds will be processed as per the terms laid out in our cancellation policy. Once a cancellation request is confirmed, we will initiate the refund process within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment such as UPI, bank transfer, or other online methods.
Please note that transaction fees, booking platform charges, or third-party deductions (such as hotel or vendor fees) will be adjusted against the final refund amount.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours), or if the trip has already begun and is partially completed. Additionally, no refunds will be processed for delays caused by natural events, traffic, roadblocks, or any reasons beyond our control.
In cases where SMD Tours and Travels cancels a trip due to unavoidable reasons such as weather conditions, natural disasters, operational issues, or vehicle breakdowns, we will provide a full refund or offer a rescheduling option as per customer preference. All refund-related communication must be made through our official contact channels, including phone, WhatsApp, or email.
